Unfortunately accidents happen if you do get in an accident all you need to do is call Brittany with a claim number and she can get you scheduled in and into a rental. We are going to be doing a free upgrade on any rental you get through HERTZ while your car is being repaired here. I can have a rental car waiting here for you when you drop off your car and when your car is done you just bring the rental back to us and pick up your car. We want to help keep this process as stress free as possible for you as we can and we know it’s a hassle trying to get a rental back and then still have to worry about your car.
